Shipping Policy for pre-orders:

If you place an order with both in stock and pre-order titles, please note that your order will ship when the pre-order title is available.

If you would like to receive the in stock titles before the pre-order titles, they must be placed as separate orders.

For retailers and bulk purchasers:

1-10 Books: Shipping is at cost

10+ books: Contact us at sales (at) sambasivanandparikh (dot) com for a bulk shipping rate.

International shipping:

International customers are responsible for additional customs/duties upon delivery, if applicable.

We encourage you to visit Edelweiss to browse our catalog and read any of our books at no cost prior to placing an order.

If you placed an order through our website and are not satisfied with your order, please email us at sales (at) sambasivanandparikh (dot) com, with the subject, "Return Inquiry, [Order Number]".

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.  The majority of refunds appear on credit card statements within 10-15 business days, however processing times may vary. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Once the order is received you will be notified via email regarding the status of the returned item(s).

If your return is received after 30-days, or if the item is used/damaged, we can provide a shop credit towards a future purchases.
